This qualification will provide specialist direction to learners wishing to gain knowledge and understanding on Electric Vehicle charging equipment installation.

This 2 day course provides the required expert guidance on EVC equipment installation, which all electricians recognise as an important emergent area of our field, and one which which is not covered in detail by the current edition of the Wiring Regulations (BS 7671) or any of the IET Guidance Notes.

This is a Two Day Course which describes fully to Candidates how the newly issued 18th Edition of the IEE Wiring Regulations (BS7671:2026) is arranged, its purpose and how it should be referenced on a working basis. Candidates will require a copy of BS7671:2026 (available from April 16th 2026) - although hand-outs and revision material are given during the training.
